Studio Etiquette

• Remove shoes before entering the studio.
• Please refrain from wearing any fragrances in the studio.
• Turn off or mute cell phones while in the studio.
• Please keep quiet while another session or class is in progress.

Sales & Refunds

• All sales on packages are final. 
• Packages purchased are transferable, but not refundable. 
• Class packages expire after 12 months of inactivity. 
• Gift certificates expire 12 months from the purchase date.

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours notice of cancellation is required for private or semi-private sessions, group reformer classes and group TRX classes.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the session.

Inclement weather 

If you are not comfortable driving to the studio during inclement weather, 
please call to cancel without penalty.
