Appropriate for individuals who have a firm grasp of the STOTT basic principles and essential mat repertoire. Moving at a slightly faster pace, this intermediate level class adds greater challenge to strength, coordination, control, and balance.
Mat with Props
A different workout each class. Mat exercises performed with a variety of small props such as fitness circles, flex-bands, foam rollers and stability balls to add greater resistance, increase proprioceptive feedback and keep things interesting.
A fun workout combining Pilates with the big stability ball. Exercises are performed sitting, standing, lying, and kneeling using the ball in a variety of ways to increase core strength, balance, and control.
